We are now looking for a project manager within industrialization who wants to contribute to the development of efficient production solutions. You will drive projects through the entire product lifecycle – from the development of new products to the optimization of existing production. The role involves close collaboration with several functions and great opportunities to influence both production processes and working methods.

About the role

As a project manager, you are responsible for leading industrialization projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost. You work closely with design, production, and other specialist functions to ensure that products can be manufactured in a robust and competitive manner.

You contribute early in development projects to create an efficient transition from design to production and simultaneously drive improvement initiatives in existing production with a focus on processes, lead times, and production flows. The role involves responsibility for project planning, budget, follow-up, and execution, as well as leading cross-functional teams.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Lead industrialization projects through the product's different lifecycle phases.
• Ensure manufacturability and quality during new product introductions.
• Drive improvement and efficiency projects within production.
• Be responsible for project planning, budget, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal functions to develop production solutions.
• Identify improvements in areas such as production flows, layout, tools, and investments.

Your profile

We are looking for you who is an engaged and structured project manager with a technical interest and good leadership skills. You thrive on creating engagement, driving change, and collaborating across several functions.

We would like you to have:

• A university degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project management within production, industrialization, or production technology.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in cross-functional work.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Production technology or manufacturing industry.
• Product development.
• Risk management.
• Supplier collaborations.
